These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (a product showcase) and any separate custom development services we may offer.
Niftytheme.net lets you browse, preview, and learn about digital products including WHMCS themes, WHMCS modules, and HTML templates. Buy links on this site take you to third-party marketplaces—Envato Market (ThemeForest) or Gumroad—where the sale and payment are completed. We do not sell products or accept payment on niftytheme.net.
We offer bespoke development services including WHMCS customization, full-stack web development (Nuxt/Node.js), UI/UX design, API integration, and ongoing support. Custom projects are governed by separate service agreements. All custom development services result in a delivered software artifact (such as a theme, module, or web application) — not advisory or consulting-only work.
All product sales are completed on Envato Market (ThemeForest) or Gumroad, not on niftytheme.net. By clicking Buy and completing checkout on those platforms, you enter into a transaction governed by that platform’s terms and the license shown at purchase. Niftytheme is not the Merchant of Record and does not process payments on this website.
Delivery, licensing, and support for a purchased item follow the marketplace and the product listing you bought—not a checkout flow on niftytheme.net.

After consultation, we provide project quotations based on your specific requirements and scope of work.
All custom development work is conducted under separate written service agreements that define deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and revision terms. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement.
All products, designs, code, and content created by Niftytheme remain our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and applicable IP laws.
Your right to use a product depends on where you bought it:
Unless your marketplace license expressly allows more, you may not redistribute, resell, or share source files with third parties, remove Niftytheme copyright notices, or use our products to build a competing product for sale.
Free products are provided under the same license terms as paid products unless otherwise stated on the product page. Free does not mean unlicensed — the same usage restrictions apply.
Some eligible products may use a license verification feature that contacts Niftytheme servers to validate a purchase or license reference and domain. Where this applies, bypassing or disabling verification may constitute a breach of these Terms.
Niftytheme may revoke or disable verification for a license if these Terms are violated, use is fraudulent, or a marketplace refund or license withdrawal applies under that platform’s rules.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our products or website content without prior written permission.
If you register for an account on niftytheme.net (for example, for support or legacy access), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. An account is not required to browse the showcase or to buy on ThemeForest or Gumroad.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@niftytheme.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Niftytheme is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Niftytheme reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that: violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to abuse the licensing system, or are found sharing purchased products with third parties. Suspended accounts lose access to the customer panel, downloads, and support.
Prices or discounts shown on niftytheme.net are for information only. The amount charged, currency, and taxes are determined on Envato Market or Gumroad at checkout.
Niftytheme does not store payment card details or process transactions on niftytheme.net.
Refunds are handled by the marketplace where you paid, as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Where offered, support covers product issues (installation, bugs, compatibility with supported WHMCS versions) for items you bought on an authorized marketplace. Billing, refunds, and chargebacks must be raised with Envato Market or Gumroad first.
Support covers: bug reports, installation guidance, and general usage questions. Support does not cover: custom modifications beyond the product's documented features, issues caused by third-party plugins or server configurations, or WHMCS core issues unrelated to our product.
We aim to respond to all support tickets within 24–48 business hours. Response times may vary based on ticket volume and complexity. Support is available Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EET, Cairo time).
Free products are provided without any guaranteed support. We may assist at our discretion but are under no obligation to do so.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We strive to maintain high website availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niftytheme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product.
Payment disputes and chargebacks for marketplace purchases are between you and Envato Market or Gumroad. Niftytheme is not responsible for processing those disputes.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products in your own projects without proper licensing or development agreements.
We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Our services may integrate with third-party services (such as WHMCS). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Niftytheme from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Termination results in revocation of all active licenses and loss of access to the customer panel.
Upon termination, your right to access our website will cease immediately. Any consultation services or development agreements will be governed by their respective terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Egypt.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
